The local organiser of the show Rah Pabla posted on social media, “With deep heart and sincere apologies to our patrons, fans, sponsors and all connected with us and the Entertainers Show in Oakland, we regretfully inform that this show has been postponed due to flood alert and Bollywood team wasn’t feeling safe to fly and bring their whole team to California. We will announce a new date soon.”
When we contacted Suman Nag the show organiser he shared flood alerts and aggressive weather reports from California and said, “We can’t risk the safety of so many artists, crew and audiences.”
According to reports in the US media, a huge floods and storm warning has been issued in the state of California. More than 10000 people have been evacuated as several coastal areas of the state have been affected.
The Entertainers’ tour in the US has been garnering a lot of positive response as Akshay, Nora along with Disha Patani, Mouni Roy and Sonam Bajwa have entertained live audiences.
