The whole country is currently basking in the fervour of Holi and our Bollywood celebs, like always are leading from the front. Grand Holi parties are a yearly affair in tinsel town and this year, many celebs such as Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani, Madhuri Dixit-Dr Shriram Nene, Kareena and Karisma Kapoor shared their Holi pics.

Coming back to Holi parties, writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar recently hosted a Holi bash, where he was joined by son Farhan Akhtar, daughter-in-law Shibani Dandekar, Richa Chadha-Ali Fazal and many others. However, wife Shabana Azmi was missing in action, but she tweeted a video of the same, in which Javed Akhtar could be seen with sister-in-law Tanvi Azmi and others. She wrote, “Holi celebrations at Janki Kutir . How I miss being there.”
Later, Farhan Akhtar also shared a pic from his Holi celebrations, in which he and his wife Shibani are smiling for the camera.

Earlier, Kiara Advani shared photos from her Haldi ceremony with now husband Sidharth Malhotra wrote, “Happy Holi from me and my love to you and yours.”
While Holi was celebrated in some parts of the country yesterday, it is being celebrated today as well, primarily in North India.
